About AnimeGraphs

AnimeGraphs is a free tool that visualizes anime episode ratings from MyAnimeList in color-coded grids. Search for any anime and instantly see how every episode scores — making it easy to spot quality trends, find the best episodes, and compare seasons at a glance.

How It Works

Each episode is displayed as a colored cell in a grid. The color represents the episode's rating on MyAnimeList, scored by thousands of viewers. The scale ranges from Legendary (blue, 9.7+) through Masterpiece, Great, Good, Average, and Weak, down to Skip (purple, below 5.0). Episodes without enough votes show as gray (N/A).

Color Rating Scale

Legendary9.7+
Masterpiece9.0 – 9.6
Great8.0 – 8.9
Good7.0 – 7.9
Average6.0 – 6.9
Weak5.0 – 5.9

Multi-Season Support

AnimeGraphs automatically detects prequels and sequels using MyAnimeList's relations data. When you visit an anime page, the tool walks through the entire franchise chain and displays all seasons together — so you can see how a series like Attack on Titan or Naruto evolves across its entire run.

Data Source

All ratings and metadata come from the Jikan API, an unofficial REST API for MyAnimeList. Episode scores reflect the votes of millions of MyAnimeList users. Data is cached and refreshed regularly to stay current. AnimeGraphs is not affiliated with MyAnimeList.
